Help Ticket Form
This shell is connected to Firebase Firestore and writes new tickets to the helpTickets collection for admin app handling.
Shell behavior:
- Validates required fields on submit.
- Creates a Firestore ticket with status open.
- Returns and displays the generated ticket document ID.
