Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zero Audio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Scope & Automated Processing

Zero Audio includes a browser-based converter, a background automated processing worker, an API infrastructure, a support ticket system, and an internal desktop admin portal used to operate support and security workflows. Features may change as the platform evolves.

Automated Processing Queue: By submitting files to Zero Audio, you acknowledge and agree that your files will be placed into an automated background queue system for processing and modification.

Storage Limit: Files are stored temporarily on our servers strictly for processing and delivery. You are responsible for maintaining your own permanent backups.

3. Restrictions

  • Do not attempt to circumvent security measures, network firewalls, or API access controls.
  • Do not attempt to bypass, spoof, or manipulate Cloudflare security edge controls, worker restrictions, or API gateways.
  • Do not use Zero Audio for illegal purposes.
  • Do not reverse-engineer the WASM engine or any proprietary automated worker scripts.
  • Do not infringe on others' intellectual property rights (including uploading copyrighted audio without permission).
  • Do not abuse support channels or API endpoints with spam, fraud, automated scraping, or malicious content.

4. Security Enforcement & Infrastructure Protection

Zero Audio utilizes multi-layered security infrastructure, including edge network proxies, serverless security workers, and automated background controls.

Access Control: We reserve the right to apply maintenance blocks, regional blocks, API rate limits, or IP-based restrictions at the network edge or server level for abuse prevention, platform integrity, legal compliance, and incident response.

Enforcement: Access to API endpoints and processing tunnels may be limited, throttled, or denied instantly when security controls detect unauthorized traffic or anomalous behavior.

5. Support Tickets and Data Routing

When you submit a help ticket, we store ticket content for support operations. If the email bridge or API webhook systems are enabled, acknowledgement emails, data payloads, and reply threading may be processed through our configured email providers, webhook infrastructure, and internal databases to fulfill your request.

6. Disclaimer

Zero Audio is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the automated processing worker or API will be completely error-free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for any loss, corruption, or damage to your data. Always keep secure backups of important audio files on your local device.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Audio, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, audio fidelity loss, or server downtime) arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform, API, or background features after modifications are posted constitutes your explicit acceptance of the updated terms.
