Our Commitment to Privacy

Zero Audio is designed to keep conversion content local. Audio conversion runs in your browser/device runtime via WebAssembly, and we do not upload your audio files as part of normal conversion flow.

AI Enhancement (Architect AI)

If you choose the AI Enhancer, your audio file is sent to our Architect AI processing service for mastering and analysis. The backend processes your file in a stateless automated queue and returns the enhanced audio immediately. We do not collect, store, or persist your audio, file names, metadata, or processing history. We do not run usage analytics, and we do not track who uses the AI enhancement service.

Important: Because the Architect AI backend does not persist data, you must download the mastered audio immediately upon completion. Files are not stored for later retrieval.

What We Collect

• Support ticket fields you submit (name, email, subject, category, priority, message, and support metadata)
• Operational records used by the admin portal (ticket status, replies, and audit activity logs)
• Runtime security flags and restriction data used to enforce maintenance, IP, and regional access controls

Local Storage

Zero Audio uses browser local storage to remember converter preferences and queue/history state for convenience. This local state remains on your device unless you clear browser data.

Infrastructure and Processors

We use Firebase/Firestore for ticket and operational data, and may use configured email providers and webhook infrastructure for support acknowledgement and reply threading. These systems process only the data necessary to operate support and security workflows.

Security and Access Enforcement

To protect the platform, we may evaluate request network context (for example IP and country signals) against active security restrictions. Requests that match an active block policy may be redirected to an access-restricted page.

What We Do Not Sell

We do not sell your personal information. Data is used for service operation, security, and support handling.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Continued use of Zero Audio constitutes acceptance of any changes.
